Why We Built This

The idea for meeting.cash came from a frustrating realization: most of us spend hours each week in meetings that don't need to happen, or don't need to happen the way they do. But because meeting costs are invisible, they're easy to ignore.

We wanted to create the simplest possible tool to make those costs visible. No login required, no complex features, just a straightforward calculator that shows you what your meetings actually cost.
